Anthony (Tony) Aquino, Vice President, Sales, Fujifilm North America Corporation – Business Innovation Division.
Tony Aquino’s career is defined by a deep, first-hand understanding of the print lifecycle, built from the shop floor up.
He initiated his career in Graphic Communications by tackling the complexity of operations, successfully holding various positions within a commercial print company. This foundational experience gave him unique insight into the day-to-day challenges and opportunities faced by Fujifilm’s customers.
Once he joined Fujifilm, this operational acumen quickly propelled his career through the ranks of the sales function and into management – first as a Technical Manager, where he was responsible for leading service technicians across the entire Northeast Region, and then within the sales function eventually becoming Vice President of Advanced Account Sales in 2024. In this pivotal role, he not only maintained his national sales leadership responsibilities but also drove Fujifilm’s strategic future by developing a new channel partners program.
In late 2025, Tony’s role was expanded to Vice President of Sales where he is now responsible for leading FNAC-BID’s entire sales function. His expanded oversight includes the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) team, the dedicated Packaging Team, the advanced Inkjet DPS Team, and the Digital Solutions Specialist function. This comprehensive leadership role leverages Tony’s unique history in operations, technology, and sales to unify and propel Fujifilm’s market presence.
With a mission to deliver comprehensive, high-value solutions that meet the evolving needs of the company’s most advanced clients, Tony is focused on navigating industry shifts and future-proofing the business. Leaning on the company’s historic and stable reputation as an innovator and color champion, his vision for the next few years is transformative: narrowing in on a dealer-centric sales model and redefining Fujifilm’s role as a partner. With the integration of new technologies like AI, he’s excited about the game-changing rollouts to come that will enable more efficient equipment changeovers, streamline customer troubleshooting and ultimately ensure Fujifilm remains the industry’s most innovative partner.
Central to this vision is Tony’s “in the trenches” leadership style. He leads by example, often undertaking the same training as his emerging leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and 100% buy-in for the company’s new strategic direction.
Despite being a current resident of North Carolina, Tony still maintains a dedicated appreciation for his New Jersey roots—especially great Italian food and, of course, the Mets!
